New owner of the business is good at wasting people's time. Took my laptop and said they needed a 3rd party person to clean the keypad for sticky keys. Not sure why they couldn't do it when I mentioned it in text message what needed to be done.

Why even bother making the booking for 1 hr then when you said you needed it overnight?

I was pleased with the service I received to set up the scan facility on my printer and to install Norton Virus Protection on my PC and phone. The technician also set up the facility to print from my phone which I was really pleased with. He was also very helpful in taking my old printer out to the nature strip for hard rubbish collection. Although the charge is expensive I find it worth it.

Dropped of my daughters retina Mac that would not charge. Turned ou that the USB charge port was burnt out. Whilst they could have replaced it they suggested it may not be a good idea as there was no quarentee that other damage had not been done when the port burnt out. They coild have just gone ahead and done the work and charged me for it, but instead they were open and honest about the problem. Would definitly recommend

Have seen them advertise in the Bulletin over a number of years and always like t support local business. Recently found that I was experiencing a few problems with my desktop computer and decided I needed some expert help. They were very responsive and over a number of visits they managed to get me up and running again. Very happy with the result and happy to recommend them to anyone having issues with their equipment or set up.

These guys are absolute rockstars! after my mac crashed and apple gave me a quote to fix it and said I would loose all of my data (I didn't have a backup). STEV computer fixed it, recovered my data and gave me a disk with a backup, all for a bit over half the apple quote!!! I couldn't be happier!

Good efficient service. Very knowledgeable with technology. Helpful,friendly and reliable. Good especially if you are not great with technology and have no one to assist. Steve is abliging and kind enough to set up my Netflix and show me how to download my information. It is expensive as you pay for the efficiency of 2 secretary's and good service. But worth the investment when you can finally use your printer and computer.

Nothing is too much trouble, even giving me back the extensions that NBN told me I could not have. Prompt service, reasonable rates, friendly staff, honest work. And great that they are willing to supply reconstituted computers to those in need. Why would you go anywhere else?
